Anita Ayerbe, AIA

Principal

With more than 25 years of experience in the execution and oversight of commercial, government, cultural, and institutional projects, Ms. Ayerbe brings a unique vantage point to your project.  She has successfully led multi-million dollar projects and building programs for cultural institutions and government clients, excelling at team building for projects involving multiple user groups and stakeholders.  She specializes in integrating the technical components of a project with the organizational goals of the tenant organization. She enjoys working with clients to develop the policies, procedures, and business transformations that inform a successful design and construction project.  Anita is a registered architect with degrees from Yale and UT Austin.

John O’Dowd, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, NCARB

A passion for detailed planning and a commitment to project goals are key hallmarks of Mr. O’Dowd’s thirty-five plus years of professional experience. He leverages his deep regional market knowledge to form highly effective, cooperative teams and exceptional client rapport. John’s approach to project implementation aligns design to vision, incorporating best practices across organizational culture, timeline, financial, and program platforms.

Mr. O’Dowd earned a Bachelor in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver. He has been a licensed architect since 1981, and maintains active registrations in five states. John has lived in the DC area for over thirty years. He is an active member of his faith community, supports a variety of volunteer organizations, and has served as a board member for a DC-based arts nonprofit.
